Jeff earned his B.S. in Athletic Training and a minor in nutrition from Winona State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of South Florida. He also has furthered his nutrition knowledge
by taking Martin Nutrition world renown nutrition course.
His background has given him the opportunity
to work with high level collegiate and professional athletes to adults who are
serious about staying active throughout their life.
During his undergraduate studies he had the unique opportunity to travel to the U.K. to study different health care systems. This
has led him to being passionate in helping others take a proactive approach in
their health. He believes that prevention is key to helping individuals live a
long and active life.
He continues to improve his skillset and knowledge by surrounding himself with experts from around the world in areas such as sports medicine, rehabilitation, or human performance.
Jeff’s primary passion is helping golfers improve their health and performance so they can play at their highest potential for as long
as possible. Whether it’s helping a golfer loss weight, improve power and mobility, he is passionate about helping his clients get the results they want.
Outside of helping golfers, Jeff is an avid golfer & pickleball players himself. He also enjoys traveling and going to concerts…ideally both at the same time!
