Ways to Work with FFP

1 on 1 virtual training

  • Training will take place either through zoom or facetime

  • Workouts will be personalized based on findings from examination and equipment available.

12 Week Customized Workout Program

  • A customized program will be designed for you
    based on an evaluation that will determine your needs.

    You will be given an app that will show you how to properly perform each exercise

10 week Golf Fitness Starter Program

  • This course is designed for those who are
    looking to start their golf fitness journey and want to learn on their own

  • The course will have self examinations to
    identify your physical limitations, instructions on how to properly perform exercises, and a 10 week workout program to follow to improve your mobility, strength and power.
